Wade Ho is an Australian Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Victoria and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Manchester Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Bristol, as well as a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Lingnan University. Additionally, he is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified FRM.   

Before his admission as an Australian lawyer, Wade worked in the financial sector in Hong Kong for over 10 years, specializing in investment analysis, equity and derivatives valuation, and corporate finance including IPOs, M&As and resolution of shareholders’ disputes.

Wendy holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University. She initially joined Vstar Lawyers as an intern and gained a wide range of experience in Conveyancing matters. Stephen graduated from Deakin University with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 2023. He undertook several internships before joining Vstar property and conveyancing team in 2024.

Stephen showcases strong time management and file-handling ability essential to conveyancing matters. Stephen speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and his multi-language talent enables effective communication with clients across different backgrounds.​

She joined our team as a legal intern and accumulated experience in property law and conveyancing. She also has strong interests in commercial law and family law. Amy completed her Juris Doctor in 2022 and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer in 2023.

Before making a full transition into a legal career, Amy has been practising migration law since 2015 as a registered migration agent. Throughout this period, she successfully represented numerous clients in various application processes, including visa applications, skills assessments, state nominations, family and business sponsorships and nominations. She also managed appeals at various venues, with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal being the primary one for clients who received unfavourable outcomes in their applications.

While Australian migration law remains Amy’s primary focus, her diverse background in both science and law, combined her keen attitude to learn would continue to drive her motivation to expand her expertise into other legal areas in the future.

Yvonne has recently completed her Juris Doctor degree at Monash University. Prior to pursuing her law degree, she earned a Master of International Business from the same university, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics.
